Camping fun with the Nielsens!!!

This trip we did not go alone. My best friend, Jodi, her father Harvey, and all 4 of her boys, Jason, Chad, Brett, and Scott, went too. We had two campsites right next to each other. We had such a GREAT time! The campground was in Mecosta County on Merrill and Gorrel Lakes.

May 2007, Muskegon, MI

Yet again, we ventured to Muskegon, MI. This time, we took Brendan with us. He is one of the little ones I look after. He had a BALL!!! We spent a lot of time playing by the water, and taking walks around the lake. It was a really good time! Brendan still asks, every time he sees the camper, if he can go camping. I think he had fun! Labor Day 2006, Muskegon, MI

As you probably have noticed, we like the KOA in Muskegon. This trip was exceptional! We had a beautiful site, right on the water, and right next to the bathrooms, which is a HUGE plus. Anyway, there haven't been many times, in my life, that I have seen a more gorgeous sky with incredible sunsets and sunrises!! God is AWESOME with His creation!! Click the sunset to see more!

Memorial Day 2006, Muskegon, MI

This trip was our 2nd time at the KOA in Muskegon, MI. We love it there. It is so beautiful there, with 2 lakes, and gorgeous campsites. The 2nd lake is totally untouched by man. There is nothing more peaceful than being in God's creation as it was meant to be. Click the picture to be taken to the photo album! Enjoy!

Mackinac City, MI

2005 was the year we got the camper. We camped a few times, but the best trip was to Mackinac City, MI. It is so incredibly beautiful there! We stayed at the KOA right in Mackinac City. We were 5 minutes from the infamous Mackinac Bridge. If you're interested in seeing the pictures, click on the bridge pic. There are pics from a car show, from the island, and from other things we saw! It was a really fun trip!!
